INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Group collects your First Name, Last Name and e-mail address when you sign up to join our mailing list. When you create an account or begin the purchasing process, we also collect your full postal address.
Other mandatory information to be provided is identified as such by clear indication.
Through Google Analytics we also monitor customer traffic patterns and Site use which enables us to improve the service we provide. In this way, we can monitor the popularity of our site, understand what pages visitors are looking at and how often visitors come to our site, and identify the source of new business. This data is entirely anonymous and doesn't identify individual users. This means that there is no reasonable way for us to identify the individual person this data was collected from.

WHICH FORMS OF ID WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO ACCESS THIS?
The Group accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: Passport or driving licence plus a bank statement or utility bill (dated within the last 3 months).
We will normally respond to your request within one month of it being received. However, in some cases, we may need to extend this to three months. We will always write to you within one month of receiving your original request to tell you if this is the case.
A copy of your personal data is usually provided free of charge. However, we can charge a ‘reasonable fee’ where we find that the data requested is excessive or unfounded and in particular if the request is a repetitive one.
